Have both of your knives now but prefer the smaller one. For the cutting of veggies it is a real pleasure. But one has to do serious concentration with this knife as it is VERY SHARP. But love the Beenlem the best.

Ek het die braaiplank vir my swaer Nico Monteiro gekoop. Hy doen altyd 'n plankie braai voor 'n braai en sy "broodbord" was altyd te klein. Hy was uit sy kassie toe hy die geskenk oopmaak en sien dit is 'n GROOT BROODBORD naamlik die Plankie Braai. Hy is regtig 'n goeie braaier en as hy kan sal hy elke dag braai. Watsê hy altyd "As ek kan sal ek tot mince braai". Dankie dit is 'n wonderlike geskenk en hy geniet hom ongelooflik baie. Groete Sophia

I am extremely happy with the Braaiplank that I have bought as a wedding gift for special couple. I had the bride and groom's names engraved on the long-lasting Maranti braaiplank and I am sure this will be a practical showpiece in their new home. The wedding is still coming up, so I won't share a pic just yet (it's a surprise). Hope to get a pic of the happy couple with their gift soon.

The plank I ordered if for a gift so hasn’t yet been opened so I will only comment on the ordering and delivery process that definitely gets 5 stars. I am a bit technologically challenged but got all the help I needed and the plank was promptly delivered to the little dorpie I live in. I will definitely use your store again. Thank you.

Great product for outdoor cooking, not only for making a potjie, but to do anything from boiling water while camping to frying, simmering, cooking, basically anything you can think of. Its sturdy but also compact enough so packing is easy. I am happy with my purchase

I'm very happy with my Rocket Stove! Exceeded all my expectations! I was pleasantly surprised with how little wood you need to get it started and the heat concentration at the top. The potjie was boiling in a short while. I then changed over to brickets to keep the heat under control. I can recommend this product any time. Well designed.

The Braaiplank is possibly one of the best gift ideas. My other half was over the moon with his gift and definitely pleasantly surprised. One of the best inventions ever! You can regulate your heat and do not have to go through bags of wood. It is small and easy to take anywhere and better yet - no need for extensive cleaning! Definitely the gift for someone who loves to make a pot or braai in the veld.

So, my latest trick. Build a braai broodtjie with your favourite ingredients. White bread, Tomato, Cheddar Cheese, Onions, Danish Feta, Biltong and Salt and Black pepper. Clamp it in the basket, put it in the airfryer for 12mins @ 180 Fabulous. This is if you do not have a fire going!

WELL, WHILE WASHING THE BUTCHER KNIFE I GOT MY FIRST SURPRISE AS HOW SHARP IT WAS! A PAPERCUT ON MY THUMB. IT IS VERY SHARP AND STURDY I USED IT ON SUNDAY TO CUT MY LAMB RIBS IN HALF. LOVELY WITH A BIG BLADE EASY TO SMASH GRLIC AND TO SCOOP IT AL UP AFTER.

Love the braai plank, and recipient loved receiving it! Thank you. Was disappointed that the oil was forgotten from the parcel, so was not here for the birthday gift. But glad that it was couriered and arrived a few days later.

Love it! A little manual may be helpful as I was so excited to open it and then I closed it the wrong way and the lid got stuck. Managed to open it again and can highly recommend buying and using it.

It is a lovely gift. My husband enjoys it so much, he wants to make potjie almost every day. It is also versitile as it can be used for even braai when a steakplate is placed ontop of it. His friends was so impressed they also orderd one. Its is easy to travel with which makes it even more attractive to get one for camping, hunting trips and going to friends for a potjie date.

Great product. I use it for just about everything when camping. Once started I keep it going for the whole day. This is my second one as.my first one I gave to a friend who visited from America.Fore me the only improvement will be is to make it out of 304 or 316 SS and not 3cr12.

These okes are real South Africans. I love all the braai stuff and the braaiplank knife is a proper piece of kit. It's as sharp as a sip of mampoer and says "I know what I'm doing out here" more than pouring your beer on the fire and a pile of sekelbos does. My wife stole my last sharp carving knife for preparing crudites, but this one probably defends itself. It will find its way home, I'm sure, next to the braai. Love it.
