The sheath 's make is superb, and it fits well. The fact that it has a loop for fitting onto a belt on your hip, helps whilst you are working at a fire and thus allows the Braaiplank to be readily available for use. No need to search for it. I am glad I invested in it!

I make my own knives as a hobby. The quality of the steel and the fit of the handle is superb. Good quality knife. I haven't had it long enough to see how long the sharpness will last, but I suspect it will be a while before it needs to be sharpened again.

Super service from Braaiplank from start to finish! I love my red bucket braai and can't wait to use it when camping this holiday. Its compact, easy to assemble, and suits my needs as a solo camper and single woman. It is small, probably not suited to a family or someone who braai's a lot of meat in one sitting, but for one or two people - perfect!

My experience with Braaiplank was tinged with drama - after the initial contact when I placed my order I didn't hear from them for three weeks, and started to panic, thinking I'd been scammed. It didn't help that they didn't answer emails and phone calls for a few days. However all's well - the knife arrived in time for the early Christmas dinner and my son-in-law loves it!

I was not completely happy with my board that arrived, but I contacted BraaiPlank straight away and they immediately sent the courier to fetch it and 2 days later a new board was delivered to me, which I am now very happy with. Great on softer woods (Oak, fruitwoods , Bluegum ) once you get the cutting angles right you are quickly away . Make sure you get the right height for the best leverage and use all 4 rawl bolts as you tend to use your body weight on larger pieces

Since we live in an area where power dips and power failure are kind of normal, I was looking for equipment that does not use electricity. (we are big on braai and just a cosy fire). I tested it and the only complaint that I do have is that, as soon as you turn it over, the more liquid ingredients such as cheese and butter leaks out and then you start a new fire as oily stuff burns easily. I bought it for my husband for Father's Day. He loved it but we were both hesitant on how it will work to make chips on the braai, so we tested it on Father's Day. To our Suprise, best chips EVER, it worked great and so easy and quicker than we thought! Can't wait to experiment more with veggies on the braai. Definitely a great buy!

Hi my hubby absolutely loves the new knife and sheath. To be honest, once he used it once I used it and now keep sneaking it and using it. I have tiny hands and wear kids' gloves. This knife is so well-balanced and sharp that I have no problem at all in using it even though it's so big. It is our favourite knife when braaing or normal cooking. If you need to cook vegetables on the braai, this rolling braai basket is the answer. it keeps your vegetables together and allows for even cooking as you are able to roll the basket slowly across your grid. Well worth the investment!

The jaffle iron is amazing but the service less so. I purchased 2 x 2 jaffle irons but only 2 got delivered. After sending photos and going through all this trouble to PROOF only 2 was delivered i was promised that the other 2 will be send. I am still waiting. i did request waybill numbers or feedback but dont get any replies? I am really not impressed with the service received even tho the product itself is amazing the service received make a person hesitant to support the brand.

Sorry did not take a photo when I used this weekend. Works wonderful. No turning of the sosaties & the items on the old stick some move & some don't. The meat, onions, peppers & apricots all nicely braai. Also managed to get more items in then onto the sticks. 😋😋😋

Love this little guy! Premium quality, great results. Highly recommended. It’s on the smaller side, but that has its benefits - perfect for travel/camping. I try to wash it sooner rather than later and I store it with a layer of oil to prevent rust, exactly like a “potjie”.

I have been looking for something like this for a long time seen many, but there was always something not perfect.
