Love this board ! Bought it originally to put some extra foam underneath me as my pregnancy bump grows. I’m a small woman & usually ride a 5’6 of 24L so I was a little concerned having the 6’8 Mid Tide of 41L under my feet might be bit much. But it’s amazing! Got this board for my 5 yearold daughter. Shestepped down from a 7 foot foamie to this and its perfect. She is shredding and loves the handle so she can carry it on her own. The board is good construction and very soft deck with a good rocker. She can catch her own waves and I can push her on to. Well worth the money and cheaper than many others on the market.

The Golden Rule 9'6 Modern longboard has been great. Easy to paddle, stable and easy to turn. The volume really helps to keep me on top of the waves and catch more of them. I'm no pro but I really enjoy the versatility this board offers.

Bought this board for the small / onshore days where you wouldn't usually surf. Have some other (similar priced) foam / epoxy boards but they have no refined in the rails are have noticeable wobbly / bend when you surf them. After unpacking I was immediately impressed with the refinement in the rails, shape and overall finish. Just in paddling out I noticed it was significantly more rigid, and was really stoked to feel no bend or wobble when surfing it. Great board.

I'm 5'11" and around 85-90kg and have been surfing the Huevo 7'6" for about 2 years. I was having trouble with my take offs - not really getting many green waves; getting up was usually on broken waves which would reform into green waves. This would equate to around 3 ok wave rides a session. Sizing up to the 8'1" I'm now catching four times as many waves and starting to pop up on the unbroken wave. The longer board doens't feel as nimble as the 7'6" but the payoff of catching a lot more waves ...
