This is my parents antique Aunt Jemima cookie jar. She was a pancake icon in our home growing up. I waited patiently for you to come up with a gluten free recipe and it was well worth the wait! Ordered the Gingerbread pancakes to support Terrence, a true American success story. I made them Christmas Eve morning and my wife and I were both pleasantly surprised at how flavorful they were. The pancake mix makes wonderful waffles too! Just use half the milk in the recipe on the box and add a tablespoon of ghee to the mix. Extra virgin olive oil works well too, but ghee has that nice butter taste.

Delicious. So nice eating real maple syrup again. Used on waffles made with buttermilk mix. Come up thicker than others I have made and ridges hold the maple syrup from all running off like pancakes. Great natural maple syrup. No photo as this showed up after we had already eaten them. Will send photo next time. Have had a lot of inquiries on how to make waffles. Glad to help. Cousin T's Blueberry pancakes are the best pancakes I have ever eaten, not just saying this! I have never been very fond of pancakes but decided to give them a try and so glad I did. I got the coffee and syrup they are right up there with the pancakes. I also got the coffee cup for my wife as a gift. My wife said the pancakes, syrup and coffee were verry good and the pancakes are the very best she has ever had. She LOVED them and liked me for making them for her! I will be buying more .

Ordered the variety pack and got buckwheat instead of apple cinnamon. Reached out to cousin T's and was sent 2 boxes of apple cinnamon immediately. Still going through the bisquick mix open on the shelf so I can't tell you how this tastes, but the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!

I bought the variety pack and we have tried three of them so far. Everybody loves them. And they are used to me making home made pancakes so the family is quite fussy. This picture has the buckwheat but I added blueberries. I also usually swap out the milk for buttermilk. We are super happy with the product.

About the maple syrup … I have never liked pure maple syrup because it’s just too just sweet. However, Terrence’s maple syrup is so delicious with just the right amount of sweetness.
