When I got the pancake mix I couldn't wait until morning, so I made them for dinner. WOW!!! I'm not a huge pancake fan, but I was blown away by how tasty they came out. I will be a lifelong fan as long as you keep making the mix. I added the Maple syrup to my order as well, and I was super glad I did. It's almost a sin not to have the two together. I bought this pancake mix for my husband for Father's Day as he is a pancake fanatic. We like to search out the best pancakes in the area so we can return again and again. Well, he has declared these to be the best pancakes he has ever had, including the ones at the best restaurants known for such things! I received my box of Cousin T's buttermilk pancakes and syrup, then saw a post of a pancake reindeer on Facebook, so I had to try it. My grandkids loved them! Also, I did an Aunt Jemima vs. Cousin T's syrup taste test with my 8 year old grandson, and although in the end he chose Aunt Jemima, he said "It was very, very hard to decide, cause they were both really good." So, great job, Terrence! Yours is right up there at the top with another delicious syrup!

Delicious! Two options for the mix on the box, “Quick” which adds water, egg and optional shortening or oil. I made the “Gourmet” version with milk, which also adds a little sugar, vanilla and almond extracts. Letting the mix sit for a bit is important. What a tasty and nourishing way to start the day.

At first I ordered 4 boxes just to support Terrence, because of all the cancel culture that wants to erase all the fine work and legacy of folks like Nancy Green. Well, to my wonderful Surprise these pancakes are the BEST PANCAKES I'VE EVER HAD!!! Just got my order of 6 boxes. Great pancakes, T. My wife's daycare gets them at least once a week for breakfast. We also started using real maple syrup for a perfect combination. We ordered 12 boxes of blueberry and buttermilk. I haven't tried buttermilk yet...but the blueberry is amazing!!!

The cups are top quality. Get the top for the cup! I love the pancake mix. I did add more mix to the gourmet recipe on the back of the box to make thicker pancakes and they turned out amazing! I also played around with the ratio of the regular recipe and it worked great with all my own alterations. I have my own pancake recipe but these are bomb! Will be ordering again for sure.

Made the gourmet recipe first- the pancakes weren't around long enough to take photos! They were so good. We also ordered the maple syrup, so today we made the basic recipe and I managed to snap a photo before demolishing them! These pancakes are SO fluffy! And they taste great! The maple syrup is on the thin side, but the flavor is fantastic! I prefer thick, sticky syrup, and my hubs likes it thin and runny, so he won this time. I still thoroughly enjoyed the syrup, though! Thanks, Cousin T!!
