These are the lightest, fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever made. Have used many varieties of mix, everything from Williams Sonoma to Krusteaz to King Arthur to original Aunt Jemima, and these top them all. Even the easy mix of pancake mix & milk or water tastes great, and the “gourmet” variety with milk, eggs, oil or butter & vanilla puts it over the top. The maple syrup is the perfect complement to a hit, buttery stack of these cakes!!

Made our first batch of the Apple Cinnamon pancakes. The apple topping is delicious even though I got distracted and forgot the cinnamon, next time! I made the pancakes using buttermilk. I will use half the sugar next batch as they are plenty sweet. I like the rye flower you use in the mix.

So far, I’ve only made the blueberry mix. They turned out delicious! The pancakes are very easy to make, very fluffy, and have excellent taste. These are hands down the best pancakes I’ve ever had and they’re way better than premixed just add water pancakes. I add a half tablespoon of cinnamon and vanilla extract to mine to kick them up to another level.

We have been wanting to buy these pancakes for a long time, especially after the plethora of rave reviews. We finally purchased this and had some for a "breakfast-for-dinner" one night. It took one full box for our family (seven people, two of which are teenage boys), but everyone LOVED the pancakes. Light, fluffy, and delicious--and perfectly complimented with my homemade strawberry compote and some syrup. Will be making these again--they are WORTH the extra price! :-)

We won’t be canceling these pancakes! They sure great! Light and fluffy. I use the “gourmet recipe” on the back of the box and cut it in half because it’s just my wife and myself. This is the second time I’ve made them and by cutting the recipe in half I can still get two more meals from my first box. I swear they are better than most restaurant pancakes that I’ve had. I highly recommend Cousin T’s! Do yourself a favor and order some.
