These are the lightest, fluffiest pancakes I’ve ever made. Have used many varieties of mix, everything from Williams Sonoma to Krusteaz to King Arthur to original Aunt Jemima, and these top them all. Even the easy mix of pancake mix & milk or water tastes great, and the “gourmet” variety with milk, eggs, oil or butter & vanilla puts it over the top. The maple syrup is the perfect complement to a hit, buttery stack of these cakes!!
