Love them! There was a lot of rising action after the batter is mixed, so give yourself enough room for your batter to expand. They are absolutely delicious! I use evaporated milk in my pancakes. Good Job Cousin T, I’m sending some boxes to my sister and her husband in The Cayman Islands, we all love you!

They were absolutely delicious! I used the recipe on the back of the box, cutting it in half to make about 7 pancakes and using blueberries picked fresh out of the orchard and frozen a few weeks ago. Wow! The Blueberry Pancake mix from Cousin-T is just excellent, and I will definitely be using this great new brand from now forward.

Ever since poor Aunt Jemima got banned, we bout Cousin T buttermilk pancakes..they now are our household staple! Won’t buy any other brands any more. They are so worth it. After getting the buttermilk, bought blueberry & LOVED them! Also have the apple pancake mix. All 3 are excellent! (blueberry is my personal favorite). Love that face on the box!

I fixed Cousin T's pancakes for the first time today. I went with the Gourmet version, as opposed to the quick version since I wanted my first taste of these pancakes to be the best it could be. Y'all - these are some GOOD pancakes. They are so, so good. I made a few mistakes making them though. I neglected to mix the dry ingredients first and then put in the wet ingredients next. I think it does better that way. I also should have used a whisk like the package instructions (clearly) say....

I can't share a photo but the apple cinnamon pancake mix made delicious pancakes 😋! I just put butter on them and a little pancake syrup! 🥞 I think they are good plain as well! I'm also going to try your buttermilk sometime.im hoping to try different flavored syrups and jams with the buttermilk too. However, I don't like to smother my pancakes in a lot of syrups,etc.
