Light, fluffy, easy to flip. I used the special blueberry mix and substituted almond milk for regular milk. Great topped with more fresh berries. I also use Agave syrup-another wonderful topper. It takes longer to prepare the mix but oh so worth it!! Leftovers keep well in the refrig for several days and reheat well. These are a guilty pleasure!

I love Terrence and appreciate all he is standing for and I Love love love his pancakes!!! I bought all 3 flavors and began giving them out so others can try as well...its my way of spreading the love...I also bought the sweatshirt and will post a pic when I can. That is nice too but I do wish it was a bit longer.love the color blue and the picture on it could be a little more clearer but all in all its a great warm cozy shirt.

I made the pancakes in a muffin top pan. They are just so cute. You can actually just grab one and eat them like a super soft cookie. Next time I’ll add the brown sugar to this flavor, so then no need to dip in syrup. Definitely will continue to buy these product.

Great Blueburry Pancakes. Easy to make. The only problem I have is my wife can't eat gluten, so I have to enjoy them myself. Do you plan on making gluten free pancakes? They would have to have the normal texture and taste. I don't like eating cardboard!!!!
