I can't share a photo but the apple cinnamon pancake mix made delicious pancakes 😋! I just put butter on them and a little pancake syrup! 🥞 I think they are good plain as well! I'm also going to try your buttermilk sometime.im hoping to try different flavored syrups and jams with the buttermilk too. However, I don't like to smother my pancakes in a lot of syrups,etc.

Light, fluffy, easy to flip. I used the special blueberry mix and substituted almond milk for regular milk. Great topped with more fresh berries. I also use Agave syrup-another wonderful topper. It takes longer to prepare the mix but oh so worth it!! Leftovers keep well in the refrig for several days and reheat well. These are a guilty pleasure!
