I am a self-confessed "coffee snob" with very particular desires about my dark roast coffee. Cousin T's Dark Roast is awesome- a perfect blend of robust flavor, yet with a nice smooth finish (unlike the bitter aftertaste many dark roasts leave behind). Between that and my "will not comply" and "can't be canceled" mindset, the coffee, and my new Cousin T coffee mug are simply AWESOME!

Brought my mom up to be here for the birth of my newest grand baby the same day my Cousin T's arrived. My mom stayed with my daughter (the expecting mother). I took my Cousin T's Banana Carmel to my daughter's the next morning and had some of the best pancakes I've ever eaten or made ready for my Mom, Daughter and 3 older grand babies when they woke up. Every one raved about them. I saved one an brought back to my wife - who doesn't like pancakes - and even she loved it! Way to go Cuz!!

My family prefers waffles over pancakes so I just made the mix a little thicker and cooked on a waffle iron. Oh my goodness they smelled SO good while cooking and were so delicious. I especially like that your mix doesn’t have weird ingredients-the kind I can’t pronounce or the kind I wouldn’t want in my body! Yours has only the good stuff. Thank you for such a quality product.

So far, just the buttermilk (me and I had some fresh blueberries to use and it was really good) and the apple cinnamon for my wife (she did not eat the plate, but four large pancakes were consumed.) We only eat pancakes about twice a month, but are very very pleased with your mix. We have told friends so hope you get some good business. Best of luck...

I decided to make waffles with the Cousin T buttermilk pancake mix. The flavor is really good and the Maple syrup has a nice flavor to it. The downside to this is it's made for pancakes and not for waffles even though I was told we could use the same recipe. The batter was too thin for waffles, but I'm sure they make great pancakes. Overall, I'd give them a 5 star for outstanding flavor 😋 and I would definitely buy again.

I was so excited to see my order get here I was gone for a few weeks. I can't wait to try it I was gone so I couldn't try it. But I love his truth, politics, just frustrations, they should put Aunt Jemima back on the boxes and jars. Same with Mrs buttersworth they both were wonderful ladies.
