I read reviews shared on social media. They were all extremely positive, with most people writing that these pancakes were the best they ever had. I ordered the variety pack for my twins' birthday and made the Birthday Cake mix. They really are the BEST pancakes we have ever had!

We just got our order yesterday and tried the Birthday Cake Pancake mix, Syrup, and the recipe for homemade whipped cream - OMG!!! They were DELICIOUS!!! Even my 97 yr old Mom, who usually has one waffle for breakfast, had 3 pancakes with the whipped cream & syrup!!! We just loved it. Can't wait to try the other flavors (we got the mix of all with Sweet Potato too). We already decided, we're sending these as Christmas gifts this year too!!!

Im on a special RA restricted way of eating to reduce inflammation right!? I can eat these delicious pancakes and enjoy them with pure maple syrup with no worries of inflammation being caused by them ! Too yummy and Im free of pancakes being restricted ! Woohoo !

A good gluten free pancake is not easy to come by. My wife is gluten free which means sometimes, the whole family is gluten free. To quote her, “these are the best pancakes I’ve ever had.” The whole family ate them, including the picky toddlers. You can hardly tell that they are gluten free. Wonderful pancakes, wonderful experience.

Cousin T’s buckwheat pancake mix makes excellent buckwheat pancakes....however, as I discovered this morning, it also makes excellent buckwheat muffins !! I wish I could share a photo but they didn’t last long enough for that!! Using the simplified recipe I used milk and an egg, added a dash of vanilla and topped with a few chopped walnuts.

After I got my order, I grabbed my mixing bowl and started making these Cousin T pancakes. I wanted to use all fresh ingredients and I added and egg, almond milk to the mix. So, I added some milk to the mix, whisked it a bit, poured it into the pan. Flipped it twice. They sat down to eat. I am not lying when I say this. The gingerbread mix was fantastic! I have already gone through one box. I made Belgium waffles by following the recipe using water, oil, and egg. The gingerbread flavor tastes natural, slightly spicy and is delicious. I can eat these waffles plain with no butter, syrup, or toppings. You will not be disappointed. This is my parents antique Aunt Jemima cookie jar. She was a pancake icon in our home growing up. I waited patiently for you to come up with a gluten free recipe and it was well worth the wait!
