What a great pancake mix! Been using Bisquick and the syrup formerly known as Aunt Jemima for the longest until I discovered Cousin T's on Instagram. Not only am I supporting a good cause but also enjoying some fantastic American gourmet pancakes while at it. To make gourmet waffles, use 1.5 cups of milk instead of 2 cups in the gourmet pancake recipes. If you're going to premake the batch, be sure to give the batter a good stir before cooking it! The cinnamon roll pancake mix has to be one of the best pancakes I've ever had. I previously used Bisquick, and this is so much better and more flavorful, and not heavy and dense.

I love pumpkin pancakes! I was so excited to try Cousin T's Pumpkin Pancake mix. As you can see, I make waffles using the recipe on the back of the buttermilk mix (omitting the almond flavoring) and the result was outstanding! The pumpkin flavor is not overwhelming....just the right amount! To top it off, we served them with crispy chicken tenders drizzled with hot honey and tots. I should have taken the photo before we ate but believe me, we will have this supper again soon.

Excellent! Ships fast and taste is delicious! Smooth coffee with no aftertaste. One of the best decafs I've ever had. I also bought the medium roast. Also, one of the best! This is my 2nd order. The first was a fat finger on my cell phone and I ended up with two 3-packs of Blueberry. I ended up giving a box to our daughter and a box to our son. It is the best pancake mix I've ever had, no joke! I want to try some of the other flavors, but I've fallen in love with the Blueberry. Goes great with my Land O Lakes butter less the Indian princess and my Aunt Jemima syrup. I won't let them take it away from me. Thanks Cousin T for a great product!
