We love the pumpkin spice. Delicious! A wonderful fall/Thanksgiving breakfast. We already have the chocolate chip pancakes. Delicious as well. This is my 2nd order. The first was a fat finger on my cell phone and I ended up with two 3-packs of Blueberry. I ended up giving a box to our daughter and a box to our son. It is the best pancake mix I've ever had, no joke! I want to try some of the other flavors, but I've fallen in love with the Blueberry. Goes great with my Land O Lakes butter less the Indian princess and my Aunt Jemima syrup. I won't let them take it away from me. Thanks Cousin T for a great product!

Yummyyyyyy breakfast this morning! I found this relative start up pancake mix called "Cousin T's" confected by a gentleman ticked off that Aunt Jemima was extinguished by the ills of todays society. I love pumpkin pancakes! I was so excited to try Cousin T's Pumpkin Pancake mix. As you can see, I make waffles using the recipe on the back of the buttermilk mix (omitting the almond flavoring) and the result was outstanding! The pumpkin flavor is not overwhelming....just the right amount! To top it off, we served them with crispy chicken tenders drizzled with hot honey and tots. I should have taken the photo before we ate but believe me, we will have this supper again soon.

I love this American made product! I have followed Cousin T on Twitter since he first started standing up for president Trump and I love everything his company stands for! The product ships fast and is affordable. It is delicious wether just adding water or adding the milk and egg. The pancake syrup is a good product as well. For the first time I ate your pancake mix sweet potato and had it for dinner, I did 2 cups mix, 1 1.5 cup water, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon extra virgin oil. This was like the best tasting pancakes I've ever had and I'm an old guy who's had plenty of pancakes in my life. Man, I hope you get these in a Albertsons or Ralph's market in California, but either way, you now have a loyal customer.
