When my package arrived, it was damaged and the pancake mix, biscuit mix, and syrup were smashed. I contacted Cousin T’s support, and they were extremely helpful and understanding. They shipped a new order right away and it got to my house very quickly. In addition to the exceptional service, their pancakes are phenomenal!! Originally ordered the "fight, fight, fight" mix/syrup combo package to show support for Terrance's efforts in helping the hurricane victims and responders down in the Carolinas. Then saved it for the Election. Both the syrup and the mix are fantastic, and it makes great light waffles. I have provided my "post-election breakfast" pic, (sorry I had already started diving in), but great breakfast on a great day. I will order a couple boxes next time, but think Terrance may need a "Family Size"...

I find myself placing an order every couple of weeks! I made these pancakes both ways suggested and the "easy" way is so delicious, my husband doesn't care for all the extra ingredients. I have purchased SO many types but I noticed I'd typically feel a heavy stomach. However, with Cousin T's, I don't. I feel fine.
