The pancakes are awesome and the one thing we do a little different is add a scoop of protein powder to it to offset the carbs. Love it and Keep it up!!!

Sunday breakfasts are special. Cousin T's are the best pancakes we've found. Whether buckwheat or buttermilk they're delicious. My recipe for two adults: 1 cup Cousin T's mix 1 cup Milk 1 tbsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. rendered bacon drippings 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla Makes six to eight 4 - 5" pancakes. I use the same recipe for delicious waffles.

Cousin T's is the real deal. I was skeptical at first because of all they hype, but I was pleasantly surprised! I followed the gourmet recipe directions on the buttermilk pancake box, and it was delicious - a true crowd pleaser for my family. Can't wait to try some other Cousin T's products.

I halved the recipe because I also made the Birthday Cake pancakes. I also substituted oil for butter. The batter was much too wet after mixing. I added 1/4 more mix and the consistency was better. The second pancake held together better than the first. That tells me the batter should be given 5 minutes to “rest” before using. The buttermilk is a flaky pancake vs the birthday cake which is more cake-like, rightly so. The box mix ingredients should be reworked imo. I still enjoyed them. I don’t...

Has a bite to it but not to bad. Great flavor. The green Serrano is to hot for me but my son loves it. Only downfall is there’s no stoppers in bottles so it pours out to fast. I will reorder again. Along with his coffee, pancake mix , syrup, and cornbread mix.

I made butter swim biscuits, as I don't have counter space to roll out dough. This mix makes the tastiest biscuits! I added some finely shredded cheese, garlic and onion powders to make them savory.. Going great with some nice smokey beans! Delicious! Quick and easy to put together!

Tried it out fried in some peanut oil and DAMN delicious way way better than KFC and Popeyes. Skin is not rubbery or sliding off the meat it was again DAMN delicious and CRISPY. I was a fat pig and had 3 Chicken Legs looking for more. Perfect spices nice golden brown impressed very impressed. Glad I messed up when ordering and ordered 4 boxes instead of 2 because I already killed the 1st box making pork chops on the next go around.

This is my third order and this time I wanted to try making waffles this morning. I added 4 Tbs olive oil (I don't use any other oils), and an egg, to the usual mix and they turned out delicious!! Thank you, Terrence, for great products. The syrup is so good also.

I find myself placing an order every couple of weeks! I made these pancakes both ways suggested and the "easy" way is so delicious, my husband doesn't care for all the extra ingredients. I have purchased SO many types but I noticed I'd typically feel a heavy stomach. However, with Cousin T's, I don't. I feel fine. Thank you for making great tasting, healthy pancakes, and very importantly for being a patriot. What you do comes from the heart and it reflects in the quality.

Easy directions and you can customize. Tasted great and cooked easily. No problems. My butter got dark so that's why they are brown but I like brown. Also my home made mulberry jelly from my tree is on them. Just gather and steam mulberries, put liquid in freezer bags, toss seedy berries. Freeze until ready to use.

I love Uncle Ts Syrup! The taste is not too sweet, light and compliments the mix perfectly. I will definitely will order again. The only issue that I had was the packaging was slightly damaged. The plastic bottle was wrapped but the red cap was not wrapped up very well. As you can see in photo, the cap got broken in shipment. I will have to save it in another jar or something. I Love the Syrup!
