Let’s just say my husband has never asked me to make pancakes until after I used Cousin T’s mix. Now he asks a couple times a week. And my 8 month old daughter bounces in her chair with excitement when I’m making them. These are the best pancakes and so easy to make!

These are my favorite. You can add fresh fruit/ sweet potato’s slices and just little drizzle of maple syrup. I halved the recipe because I also made the Birthday Cake pancakes. I also substituted oil for butter. The batter was much too wet after mixing. I added 1/4 more mix and the consistency was better. The second pancake held together better than the first. That tells me the batter should be given 5 minutes to “rest” before using. The buttermilk is a flaky pancake vs the birthday cake which is more cake-like, rightly so. The box mix ingredients should be reworked imo. I still enjoyed them. I don’t...

I run a conservative Facebook page and these pancakes are so good I am giving Cousin T free advertising. Nobody is taking his face off the box and this man deserves this success. The pancakes are awesome and the one thing we do a little different is add a scoop of protein powder to it to offset the carbs. Love it and Keep it up!!!

Sunday breakfasts are special. Cousin T's are the best pancakes we've found. Whether buckwheat or buttermilk they're delicious. My recipe for two adults: 1 cup Cousin T's mix 1 cup Milk 1 tbsp. baking powder 2 tbsp. rendered bacon drippings 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla Makes six to eight 4 - 5" pancakes. I use the same recipe for delicious waffles.

Has a bite to it but not to bad. Great flavor. The green Serrano is to hot for me but my son loves it. Only downfall is there’s no stoppers in bottles so it pours out to fast. I will reorder again. Along with his coffee, pancake mix , syrup, and cornbread mix.

Tried it out fried in some peanut oil and DAMN delicious way way better than KFC and Popeyes. Skin is not rubbery or sliding off the meat it was again DAMN delicious and CRISPY. I was a fat pig and had 3 Chicken Legs looking for more. Perfect spices nice golden brown impressed very impressed. Glad I messed up when ordering and ordered 4 boxes instead of 2 because I already killed the 1st box making pork chops on the next go around.
