Yum ! I did the gourmet recipe but use brown sugar instead of white and I added toasted pecans to the batter. My husband and mother came back for seconds. I have a few leftover and those will go in the freezer. They are great to grab and reheat on a day one in a hurry.

Love the cup. It's a replacement for my yeti that I've had for many years. Works just as well as my yeti did. I added the handle and take it with me on errands and keep it full while at the house. I picked the orange one because it'll be football time in Tennessee soon!

This is my fourth box of Cousin T's pancakes. I just tried the Blueberry pancakes and they are delicious, fluffy, spongy, moist and you can taste the blueberry flavor for real! It is so nice to have real blueberries in the mix and not artificial flavors.
