My husband and I have been wanting to purchase the pancake mix for quite a while. Finally, It was offered at a 25% discount for two boxes, and we jumped right on it. We're so glad we did because we have had so much fun making pancakes for breakfast. They are the best we've ever eaten. What a great flavor! Absolutely delicious!

I must admit I was a bit skeptical about these pancakes at first, and was worried it was just another gimmick. Well, I am glad I took the chance because these pancakes are way better than Aunt Jemima. The almond extract is is the secret here! Looking forward to Cousin T’s Syrup, gotta make it happen!

I absolutely love my new "We the People" purple tumbler. It is bigger than I expected, which is great for the price! I ordered my favorite color, purple. It is a nice shade of purple. The best aspect of this tumbler is how cold it keeps my drink. I use plastic cubes which can melt fast, but not with this tumbler. My drink stays cold for many hours and does not water down. When I bring it to the pool in hot Florida weather, it stays cold for many hours, too. I love it!

Yum ! I did the gourmet recipe but use brown sugar instead of white and I added toasted pecans to the batter. My husband and mother came back for seconds. I have a few leftover and those will go in the freezer. They are great to grab and reheat on a day one in a hurry.

This is my fourth box of Cousin T's pancakes. I just tried the Blueberry pancakes and they are delicious, fluffy, spongy, moist and you can taste the blueberry flavor for real! It is so nice to have real blueberries in the mix and not artificial flavors.
