I loved these so light and fluffy. I used the "gourmet"recipe (with the additions of vanilla and almond extract) and it was divine!!! I've seen the reviews of the blueberry ones and that has peaked my curiosity too! Thank you! Will be returning customer :)

I'm trying to remember when I've had a better pancake & I do not recall. These have my requirements of a crispy rim & soft interior. When you put on syrup it soaks in & never makes it to the edge. Never remove your picture from the box front! When you call someone an "Aunt" or a "Cousin" you're saying you're honoring them as family & with you Terrence for far more than your pancakes!

Well, I’m sorry. Don’t know that my photo is great, but the pancakes were great! They are light, fluffy, delicious and easy to make. Best pancakes ever! I made mine with buttermilk instead of regular milk and I threw in some blueberries as the pancakes cooked. My family and I ate them like, well, “hotcakes!” (Pun intended!) Big bit and have been asking again. I have to make them this weekend for everyone!

The insulated mugs with clear lids are high quality, have delightful, bright colors, and keep my coffee hot for a long time, while the outside of the mug stays cool. The pancakes are really delicious with the just-add-water method. The dry mix is so fluffy and silky and fresh I want to dive in and roll around in it! I am very pleased with the quality of both Cousin T's pancake mix and the insulated mugs. I have told my family and friends that ordering from Cousin T's is a great experience!

I bought 2 boxes of Cousin Ts Great American pancakes. I kept one for our home and took one to our ranch for the 4th of July holiday. We host quite a bit of friends and family on such weekends and the food is always going at the ranch. Even with the entire breakfast spread laid out for our guests, everyone couldn’t get over how amazing these pancakes were! I absolutely love my new "We the People" purple tumbler. It is bigger than I expected, which is great for the price! I ordered my favorite color, purple. It is a nice shade of purple. The best aspect of this tumbler is how cold it keeps my drink. I use plastic cubes which can melt fast, but not with this tumbler. My drink stays cold for many hours and does not water down. When I bring it to the pool in hot Florida weather, it stays cold for many hours, too. I love it!
