I ordered these after the hater who placed the fake large order. I gave a box as a gift and kept a box for me. I just broke out the electric griddle I haven’t used in 20 years to make these bad boys. They are delicious!! I would have taken a picture of the completed product, but I couldn’t wait to try them. Seriously good pancakes!

I was advised by my son that these pancakes rivaled ones that we loved at a restaurant that is now closed. To my delight, after mastering the right technique (time/temperature etc.) to making them they are the best I have ever made, and remind me of that place we're we had the best ever, these are just a good. Thanks to Cousin T, as we thought great cakes were a thing of the past. Now their right in our kitchen.

I’m not a cook which you can tell in my photo by the shape of the pancakes that I made, but they taste the same nevertheless! These were fantastic, flavorful pancakes. I ordered the limited edition Apple Cinnamon flavor and followed the instructions on the back of the box for the Apple Topping. Everything was so delicious. I hope that Cousin T’s gets wider distribution so that it is available in more locations than just online ordering.

Just got our order today and already whipped up 2 batches! My picky kids loved it (made the "gourmet" version), and already asking for more! Follow the directions exactly (let the batter set while heating up the pan, it will thicken), and they are perfectly fluffy and delicious!!! Most of all, I love that Cousin T won't be cancelled!!! Will definately be ordering again!!! 😊

We added chocolate chip to one batch and banana to the other batch. It was delicious. Our kids wanted second servings and there was no leftovers. I hope there will be Gluten Free options in the future.

I made waffles for my wife for breakfast on Mother’s Day. We both loved them. We also mixed more batter and kept it in a closed container in the fridge for quick breakfasts during the week as we leave for work very early in the morning, and they still tasted great.

Amazing! I used the main recipe with a but of sugar and vanilla and it turned out great. My husband is very picky and he was delighted. I added about 8 tablespoons of the mixture to allow me to Belgium waffles. Just great. Great product!

Hi Cousin T. Just made a second batch of your wonderful buttermilk pancakes. I used your full recipe on the back of the box. The only difference is that I added one extra ingredient this time. Bananas. Ripe ( not too over ripe), and thinly sliced. Maybe some fresh blueberries next time. I really like how easily your pancake mix blends together. Doesn't require as much effort to get the lumps out, as some other mixes I've used in the past. My family really enjoyed them as well.

This is my second order from Cousin T’s. This time around I bought enough pancake mixes to share with family. I do find it helps to let the batter sit a bit and thicken up. The pancakes have great flavor. Also I love my Go Away Brandon insulated cup!

Used the 'Milk' recipe on box, and some local made real maple syrup. Made cousin ts pancakes 6 times so far. They are very good for real...no kidding. We let the batter 'sit' a little longer last couple times before cooking, yum yum. Get some.

If you Follow the recipe and directions on the back of the box these will be the best pancakes you have ever eaten IHOP got nothing on these. I really am blown away on how fluffy they are. Both my boys love them my 3-year-old loves waffles over pancakes was upset when I made them but he tried one and ended up eating 2 and keeps asking me to make more every time he sees the Box. I ordered two boxes of the regular pancake batter. They are so good. They cook up so pretty and fast too. I make 2 cups at a time and make giant pancakes so my hubby and I can have 3 or 4 each. So delicious with blackberry jam smeared all over, my favorite or drowned in maple syrup, my hubby's favorite. You've got a customer for life and I'll be ordering again soon, as I only have one box left. I wish I had a photo to include but we ate them all too quick.
