First of all I bought Cousin T's pancakes because he was fighting the "cancel" culture. Aunt Jemima and Uncle Bens were American classics. I hate this "wokism" that is going around. It is worse than Covid . But then when I tried them ...hhhmmm soo good. A unique flavor that is pure Cousin T! Best of luck in your business my friend.

I bought 4 boxes. One for my own kitchen. One for our travel trailer. One for wedding shower gift to go into a fancy gift basket. And the last one to do a "pancake breakfast" themed gift basket to be auctioned off at my church. I found a nice size basket and added a mixing bowl, whisk, ladle, spatula, flat pan, Uncle T's mix, and bottle of my favorite syrup. It sold right away and made a nice donation for the church. Went to the doctor and he prescribed me this hat! He said with this on, I have extremely high T! The banana Carmel and sweet potato are simply awesome. I love them all, but those two are standouts with the blueberry a close third. The syrup is absolutely perfect. Highly Recommend

When I got my variety pack, I had to try them all. I saved the banana caramel for last because I hate artificial banana flavor so I knew I wouldn’t like this kind...but it blew me away! It is definitely my favorite flavor and I will be ordering more! I love that you don’t even need to put syrup on it, perfect amount of sweetness and REAL banana flavor!

ITS SOOO GOOD! Got my order today and decided to make a batch for dinner right away. I made the deluxe version that takes more ingredients. I only made a half batch and it made about 12 large pancakes. I substituted butter for the oil. My order came with a large sturdy coffee cup. I am very happy with these pancakes-no weird chemical ingredients! THANKS COUSIN T! LOVE YOU!

Cousin Ts pancake mix.. Flavor was good, cooked color is good, fluffy and delicious Pancakes, I used Aunt Jemima Syrup, I cant wait to try Cousin Ts Maple Syrup, I did a variation between the gourmet and the basic recipe, turned out great, my wife wanted more than what I fixed us. some say a little pricey, but cheaper than eating out at a pancake house, I figure I will get about 6 meals for two out of the two box of 48 oz.
