These pancakes 🥞 are light and fluffy! Delicious! They leave me satisfied without that heavy, full feeling! Maybe that's because they're only 150 calories per serving! (Same amount as a serving of Cheerios!). I can't wait to try the blueberry and apple flavors! My dad has always made pancakes for all of the grandkids. The grandkids call the pancakes "Papa cakes." He has made them for birthdays, prom dates, and other special occasions. He will make HUGE plate size pancakes or little "silver dollar" pancakes or ones in the letter shape of a grandkid's initials. Whenever he visits the kids know they will be fed "papa cakes." So when I saw this shirt on cousin T's website I knew I had to get it for my dad!

This is the best pancake mix we have had! It is SO good! It should be called “Cousin T’s Pancake Crack” Tonight we had breakfast for dinner. Husband polished off 8 gourmet pancakes and each kid had at least four! We will be ordering more when these two boxes are gone…which won’t be long!

Delicious pancakes! We tried both the regular and gourmet recipe on the box and both were good. The mix works well in our new mini waffle iron too! You do have to make it a little thicker, we just googled "making waffles from pancake mix".

Best Pancake mix, we make Banana fritters using your mix. Cut a banana in half, then in quarters (one banana 4 pieces) dip in mix coating heavily the banana, fry in a little butter, or light oil until golden brown. Serve plan or with a little powdered sugar sprinkled over them.

Well, I'm not really good at making pancakes. My wife usually takes care of that, but she isn't feeling well. So as soon as the mix arrived, I had to try it. I made a half batch of the gourmet recipe and my son and I thought they were delicious. In the future I think I will omit the almond extract though. I applaud Mr. Williams for his entrepreneurial spirit and standing up to the cancel culture of the left and making such a fine product.

This recipe is so light & fluffy. For years I've made my own from scratch but Cousin T outdid mine! For 2 small waffles I used 1/2 cup batter but still added the 2 eggs, plus a little vanilla extract, milk, oil & sugar. Yummy!!

These are reminiscent of and the closest thing to the buttermilk pancakes my Aunt made back on the farm. I would milk the cows, churn the butter (and occasionally make ice cream) and then my Aunt Margaret would make fresh pancakes with the buttermilk. These come close to those down on the farm, but they are not nearly as much work.

My pancakes always turned out flat and dense in the past. I thought it was me, but apparently it was the mix. I made Cousin T's, and finally had fluffy pancakes! Not only that, the flavor is exceptional! It's similar to a certain restaurant with rockers out front, but better because I can have them anytime and in my bathrobe! I'll be having breakfast for dinner a lot more often now. Looking forward to trying the apple.

I was hoping for tasty pancakes when I placed my order and was not disappointed. When they were on the griddle, my entire kitchen was filled with the most amazing aroma! This mix literally makes perfect pancakes! Just the right amount of spread to the mix, the cakes rise up light and fluffy, they drink up the syrup you pour over them and the flavor of the pancakes is delicious with the combination of the vanilla and almond flavorings. I definitely will be placing another order soon!

Your pancakes are out of this world darn delicious. As you can see, I have all three flavors and I have the red cup (pictured) and a blue cup. These are perfect for my hot chocolate! Touch is cool on the outside and the drink stays hot/warm on the inside.
