Pork privilege has become my go to seasoning for everything I throw on the pit. The herbs add so much flavor that I add it to everything I cook.
I use other seasoning, but this one is always a great complement by its self or paired up with others.

We started out using it on grilled sirloin steaks with fantastic results. We tried it on grilled loin lamb chops with the same wonderful results.
We didn't stop there. I used it this past holiday season on roast prime rib and on a roast boneless leg of lamb. The result was absolutely outstanding.
My wife recently used SPG on her pot roast recipe, and, WOW, did it make a difference.
