I've shopped here before with no problems, but this time was awful. The products were in stock, but after I submitted the order and received confirmation, there was no more communication. After a few weeks I tried to get in touch, but the email address did not work (tried to send from numerous addresses just in case), the message sent in the 'shop' app was never replied to, the telephone number was never answered. I reported the shop in the Shop app, and that's when the ball finally rolled.
