5 out of 5 because of customer service. Shipping was temporarily cancelled because they ran out of the chain that comes with the pendant. But when I contacted them asking why it was cancelled they were honest, but asked if I wanted a refund or still the pendant but with a different chain. I just wanted the pendant, so the chain didn’t matter. But they shipped the item the next day! Amazing customer service and product!

My wrist is smaller than 6 inches but I was able to hook the clasp onto one of the larger links to make it fit better. If you have difficulty putting it on and taking it off, use a paperclip.
I clipped the excess chain that was dangling after making it smaller, but I accidentally started clipping the wrong link. Now I have a thin, flat link and I hope it doesn't snap one day
