This experience has been completely unacceptable. I have been in contact with your customer service for nearly two months, and every response I receive claims the issue will be fixed—yet nothing is ever done. The lack of follow-through and professionalism is beyond frustrating.
I have never encountered such poor service from any other clothing or jewelry company. This is not how you treat customers, especially those who have spent over $100 with your company
