An honest review, the product is good no problem with that, delivery was also good when correct. Unfortunately I had a few issues from the wrong product being delivered cladding board not TGV and then having to arrange getting that collected. Then the second delivery I had, I only received one tgv board and not 30. So again I had to call up to arrange another delivery. Great gate but their tracking needs to be sorted. No email in advance, went to work and got a tracking email through. Rang them up to say i was at work any idea when it would be arriving. I was told not for about 3 hours. About an hour later i went onto the tracking (you can track the van) said he was 12 minutes away from my house. Left work, ran like a maniac to the car, arrived home within 2 minutes of him knocking the door. So 0/10 for comminication.

Great product and great service. The slats arrived promptly and were as described. They are well finished and all were straight. I bought these to change a picket fence into a hit and miss fence to defend against a coastal wind. The slats were thicker than the average so served the purpose really well.

Used the fencing to create some more privacy on a large trellis structure in the garden, also to block in a bit near the back gate. Really pleased with the results, we have stained it hence the brown colour. Looks good and would definitely buy again.

Bought two planters from Ruby. One was damaged in transit - which was replaced f.o.c., and delivered next day. They let me keep the damaged one. Planters are robustly constructed - which I discovered when dismantling the damaged one. They look good plain, but will look even better I think with an extra coat of preservative. In summary, good quality, good value, good communications and speedy delivery.

At the time of purchase the weather was particularly wet, and on delivery some of the items were wet and on drying (slowly) cracked, these were replaced with no quibble, just a photo of the cracked items. Overall I was very pleased with the service and can recommend the company, I will use them again!

Put this sturdy little feeding station at the bottom of the garden and the first night our little visitor must have used it as all the food had gone and a little bit of the water. We are hoping to set a camera up, to take some pics if we can. Our visitor doesn't come every night, but at least 3 times a week, sometimes some of the food has gone, sometimes all of it. Very pleased with the product.
