Decking is great and delivery time for the wood was great but the fixing kit did not arrive with the decking had to chase twice and finally arived 10 days after the decking, apparently they had run out of stock, if Ruby had told me I would have ordered some screws from a different supplier for next day delivery. So communication not the best . But very pleased with the end result which took me 3 days to complete.

Very helpful service by phone , delivered promptly and all of the timber was in good condition with no splits or knot holes . Overall I’m very happy with the cladding, my only concern at the moment is that being kiln dried I did not expect the amount of shrinkage I’m experiencing after two weeks .

Order from Ruby came very quickly. Was supposed to get email from Rudy when timber was dispatched which did not come, but more important the timber came. One rail was quite bent but did manage to use it as I only needed half of one. If I needed more timber would certainly check with Ruby first to see if it was available

Bit of a mixed bag with this lot - some were very wet and some a bit tatty. Had a few more split once erected than I’d have liked, but overall pleased for the price.

I used the shiplap to form a roof for a garden structure. The wood was straight and surprisingly dry for treated wood . It arrived three days after I ordered it even though it was during Lockdown. I would definitely use it again.

I bought these to replace some rotten timber on top of an existing fence. One of the posts is slightly bowed in the middle and was not suitable for that purpose as it left an obvious gap. The others were fine and appear robust and , hopefully, will last for years.

Excellent service, ordered within 3 days arrived. Quality of shiplap excellent, a few splits but that is to be expected. The only unfortunate aspect is that the longer lengths where shy a few mm in depth so affected being in line with the front of shed being built, as each piece was added was out of line with the panels on the front Fortunately not so noticeable as next to the fence. I'm a perfectionist and want everything to be at the same level

Good quality timber. As another review said, it is still damp when it arrives and needs to dry out before use. Even though it was well packed there was some edge damage to some planks. Overall I would recommend Ruby, and certainly use them again. 9 out of 10.
