Ordered external cladding timbers to replace some warped ones on a shed. The timbers arrived promptly, was pleased to see that they were not warped as you routinely get from some places, not too badly knotted etc. One of the three pieces has a slight split running a fair way along.

I used this to replace one wall on our summerhouse, the old shiplap had warped badly and was letting in rain. Good quality timber, better than the timber I was replacing. Easy to install. Did warp slightly but looks great when fixed in position. Summerhouse in now cosy and dry.

I initially ordered the wrong type of cladding and the return and exchange process was very straightforward. I also used the on-line chat facility and this was extremely helpful in identifying and directing me (a layman) to the right product. Also, the delivery was very quick compared to a supplier about 4 miles from where I live whose delivery time was 3 weeks!

Good service and rapid delivery, but I made the mistake of fitting the boards too soon. they were far wetter than I realised, and now that they have shrunk, there are a few gaps between them. make sure yours are properly dried before you fit
