Assembly is definitely a two-person job and took us the best part of a day to put together, but that was down to our speed of working and desire to get it as right as possible!. My only negative comment would be that the instructions could mention that you may want to part drill your screw holes as it was nigh on impossible to get the screws without pre-drilling - a small issue but it might catch you out if you don't have a drill ava...

I purchased 80 lengths of the 6ft slats which I cut and rounded to create nearly 100ft low picket fence. The quality of this timber was excellent, every one of the 80 lengths was usable, none had splits or cracks. Very impressed, price was good too. Ruby delivered exactly when promised too. Will use them again.

Ruby to the rescue! Despite every other supplier (I could find in Devon) struggling to source and maintain supplies of timber cladding during the pandemic. Ruby pulled through and managed to get me 60 pieces at my length of choice 3m (not a common cut size found at most yards) within a couple of days, during lockdown. Crazy. The fencing panels were as described and slightly cheaper than my local garden centre and the free delivery was much appreciated. The construction was a liitle better as the upright spars were screwed and not pinned or stapled. Swift delivery. the wood itself is great but even though it was well packaged I had damaged tongues and grooves but I still had enough to complete my gates. I would definitely order more timber from Ruby.

I had an amazing experience was one of the best if my life. This is a high quality timber product which oozes sex appeal. Its dimensions were as advertised straight and true with neat machining to the edges. I did have one foul board loosing around 800mm but was not an issue and overall the pricing and delivery were competitive. I would use this company again without hesitation.

I am building an extension to our house and ran out of larch just before lockdown. Supplier up here was shut and no idea when available so searched net and found Ruby group. Was waiting until checkout to find shipping was expensive but no was included. I only needed a fairly small balance of larch so wasnt a big order but arrived quickly was what I ordered and good price. I am very happy with my experience and will look out for them in future.
