Wood arrived promptly in 4 packs of 10, well wrapped and dry. Two of the lengths were split but remained usable for my application. overall I was very well pleased with the product.

My first purchase from Ruby UK. Cladding arrived promptly and well wrapped, though some lengths had suffered damage by lashing straps being used with inadequate edge protection. Of 60 lengths ordered, only 2 were split (but still usable) . Regardless I was able to use all lengths to build my new toolshed/woodstore with remarkable little wastage. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and will be buying more from Ruby in the near future.

Super Fast Delivery Fantastic quality item, which arrived the next day. Unlike it’s often flimsy counterparts, this item is a heavy, sturdy piece of kit, which is well worth the money. Slight problem with a missing picket, which was rectified, with no problem, whatsoever and above and beyond expectation, by highly professional customer services team. Well done all round. I had researched many companies for good quality Pressure treated Tongue and Groove Cladding to build a shed. Most were cost prohibitive due to shipping charges. The timber, when it arrived, was soaking wet through and took some time to dry out to make it fit for working. However, once dried out it proved to be of very good quality, and it made a smashing enclosure and house for my daughter's house rabbit. Very good timber at a very fair price. Highly recommended.

There was a bit of national lockdown shortage of timber so was glad that Ruby could supply the required timber for our fence. Great quality timber, nice and straight. I've experienced problems with featheredge quality from previous suppliers so was pleased that all 100+ of the Ruby supplied featheredge boards were good.

I'm a self builder so I'm learning as I go along but this was a BIG order of cladding and battening. There was an initial mix up with the order but this was very quickly resolved by the sales dept who were very helpful throughout. I have used Ruby Group twice. I have constructed a full 20x10 ft ceiling in my new garage using the Ruby Redwood shiplap panels and battens. The product offered is of excellent quality and exactly as described. The ordering system is very straight forward, The product arrived within 72 hrs in both cases which is very prompt. The delivery drivers in both cases were very courteous and friendly. Definitely recommend Ruby Group. Quality products with excellent service.

These Pickets arrived quickly and I got to work straight away. The quality was very good and as I was screwing them on there was quite a bit of preservative squeezing out around the screws which showed me just how well they had been soaked, brilliant,. That should keep them preserved for many years and the end result of screwing in 360 screw into 90 pickets is the finished picket fence looks fab and I wouldn't hesitate in using Ruby when I next need fencing materials.

An excellent product at a really good price. I've used the T&G to repair both of my sheds which, after 20 years or so of Cornish weather, were starting to suffer! As you can see in the 'unpainted' photo, my large shed benefitted greatly form the new timber! The whole Ruby experience has been great, and I've ordered more timber for new fascias since as a result. Even the delivery guys were great!

All the ship lap turned up on time very few knots very good quality. My original order was 4 boards short Ruby group dud not quibble they sent out the missing boards without quest.

The quality of the log lap is first class. I have built a large log cabin cladding it inside and out with only a few lengths that I could not use. I will post a picture to show how good this product looks and what it transform into. Apart from the first order of 4, early on in the covid craziness time ,the delivery was very quick. I have recommended this product to fellow tradesmen and would do for anyone else wanting to build a log cabin. Brilliant and thanks.

Amazing products and service. This is my second order from Ruby but the service and fence panels are brilliant. Arrived all wrapped up safe, secure and earlier than promised. Good Product. Doesn’t go quite as far as it says on the tin but still gives a great look. This is the Clear Cedar painted on planed planks. Great customer service too with quick delivery and replaced a damaged tin by the couriers, which was sent next day also. Great service highly recommended

Needed to replace a section of fence and needed something more substantial than the feathered edge boards which most DIY stores only seem to offer. Found exactly what I needed on the Ruby website and at a great price, especially with free delivery. Ordering was no problem and the boards arrived just for when I needed them. I am upgrading a 30 year plus stable block. These treated 4 x 2 Framing and shiplap cladding are just the job and should last a good few years. Using Sitemate screws which cut their own thread speeds up fixing the cladding with no splitting, much better than using nails IMO. Very pleased with the end result.
