Eight days ago I planted the Alpha Elite grass seed on this area. I live in California the high desert where in the summer it average 103 degrees with no rain. I Had Tall Fescue here but I decided to move to a warm season grass. So far very impressed with the germination note I've been watering every 3 hours because it's so hot.

Game changer! I'm able to mix all my liquids and get done faster. It's much easier to just dump my liquids in the tank while the agitator mixes everything for me. I'm glad I pulled the trigger on it. This stuff is ridiculous! I have, or should I say had, a problem with wild violets. I tired other herbicides which shall remain nameless and nothing touched them. Enter Speedzone. Put Speedzone down and waited. Nothing by the end of the first day. The day was on the cooler side. Next morning, still no damage. I am always happy with the quality of the Protene products. However this time Protene far exceeded my expectations. I applied the 12-0-24 at 4lbs/1000 and we also got a good rain that same day. The color response is what really surprised ( & pleased) me. My lawn has taken on an even darker green color over the last 7-10 days. Awesome results.!

I’m basically using my lawn as a test plot. It’s really small … I believe 8500 square feet . I used it to overseed an existing fescue/ bluegrass northeast mix. I’m very pleased with the results. Quick germination . …AND Ive used the NEXT system. I’m hooked. I’m so glad I looked you up during COVID . I’m no LCN because I’m always pressed for time but I know how to do it RIGHT ! This product brought my lawn back to life. I also did not mow the lawn for three weeks after using the product. It was hot and dry in my neck of the woods. When it was finally mowed, it was thick, lush and super green. Before, it was dull and full of yellow dry spots. Highly recommend!

I Seeded at the recommended rate of 10lbs per 1,000 sq. ft. along with Protene Starter fertilizer (15-22-10). First of all, I would like to say that shipping is awesome. It takes less than two days for orders to be delivered. Product itself is phenomenal! GCI Cool Blue seed is 💙💙💙. It produces hearty and healthy blades of grass that grow and quickly fill sparse areas in the lawn. This is the second year I have overseesed using GCI Cool Blue seed. I love how fast the seed grows and how resistant it is to over watering and heat and diseases. I had a tropical storm that went through four days after seeding that came very unexpected.
