Germination in less than 5 days. This is GCI Turf Type Tall Fescue. Pete appears to take great pride in the grass seed mix he uses and I've always had great success with his grass seed and I recommend it to others. I don't think there is a better cost for quality value out there than Pete's seed.

Honestly, this grass was planted on Friday Sept 5th. I did a heavy core aeration, put out some GCI Cool Blue that was left over from last year and some GCI 28 0 8 small granular. This picture was taken on 9/24/25 and the grass is already up about 2”. Sorry for the poor picture quality. It was taken from a security camera.

This is 100% the most fun and purposeful investment I've made in my car washing regime. I've been "garden hose foaming" for a few years now, and the upgrade to a pressure washer foam cannon is a HUGE improvement. The product came on time and in good shape. I am still learning how to care for a TTTF yard, and this is the first time I have used a winterizer fertilizer. This stuff is really amazing - I don't recall ever having a lawn this green this late in the year (December). I am very interested to see how the lawn responds to the warmer temps coming this Spring!

Easy to apply and really helped my Alpha Elite grass seed take off! 5 days after I planted, got germination in this hot Texas heat. We are also under water restrictions and even with only watering twice a day for about 5 minutes this was the result. Thanks Pete, I will be buying more seed and the starter fert to finish my back yard.

My yard is about a year old and after having to unfortunately do a spring seeding in 2023, the hot summer and dry fall left this area almost BARE. I over seeded this with spreader elite during the driest fall in years and STILL have this result! Some areas a few weeks ago were still patchy but even those spots are now filling in with new growth. Pete has the best grass seed on the market.

Unit came in 2 boxes, had a list with all the parts which made it easy to make sure you have everything you need to install. Watching the video on the installation made it easy to install. The unit looks really good when set up and everything hangs in place, overall very well thought out. Unit does a great job in washing and makes the job much easier than when I used a portable electric pressure washer. Get yourself a good foam cannon to complement the unit.

Awesome seed and awesome value! Seeded just 2.5 weeks ago and already at my first cut. Germinated quickly, brilliant deep green color, couldn't be happier. Been watching Pete's videos on YouTube for a while now and you can tell this company has some some rock solid values. Will definitely be ordering more for some additional spots and overseeding next fall.

I overseeded with GCI Cool Blue and few years ago and needed to plant grass in a few small areas that I recently backfilled. I used Cool Blue again and I had grass babies germinating in 5 days. Now about 10 days later the grass is already about 3 inches tall. Great seed and I highly recommend.

I've never used 18-0-1 Greenpunch before and wanted to try it out this spring. I really hit my lawn hard with N this spring with almost 1 lb pound on the ground. Lawn looks good and grass is growing well (almost too well) and its making me mow 1-2 a week. Overall would recommend along withe the 7-0-0 GreenEffect and the 0-0-2 Microgreene.

Eight days ago I planted the Alpha Elite grass seed on this area. I live in California the high desert where in the summer it average 103 degrees with no rain.
