First, I have not been applying enough of the 20-0-0. When I went back to Pete's video and re-read the label. I put the correct rate down for my lawn. And man as Pete says.."It is shining like a new penny!".

Very happy with the results so far, I'm in centrol california and this past week had temps of 101-103 so I was scared to lay down the seed . But to my surprise light watering every 2 hours and on day 5 it started to show..the pictures are day 6, and I feel like the back yard which gets the hottest part of the sun in the evenings is taking a little longer but it still looks promising.

Seed germinated really well. Couple of things I did and what I would improve but nothing to do with seed quality, I pre germinated my seed and spread with Milorganite. I wish I had applied a thin layer of peat moss and compost then rolled it in for a greater success rate as some seeds have not germinated yet. These are initial impressions have to wait for the long term results.m

Great grass seed! Started germinating at day 4 and has been filling in since then. Photos are from day of seeding to week 3. The thin spaces in the yard have seed germination that has been a little slower but it's still coming in and I only had 2 spots in the yard that had to be reseeded due to wash out. Grass looks even better in person. I've already told multiple neighbors about GCI seed and will be using it again in the future!

cool blue is my go to seed after summer. i love to overseed with it. it grows quick and just when you thought it was looking good, that Kentucky blue kicks in and man let me tell you something (i could hear Pete saying that) it completes any spot or stress you may have experienced. i recommend it to everyone that asks me for help.

Lawn had been ravaged by grubs.
Decided to rip it up an start over.
This fescue seed was remarkable. I scarified the entire surface and reseeded. After a battle with swarms of starling devouring 1/3 of seed cover, I reseeded those spots, and covered with BURLAP. 12 days later, the spots filled in.
The color is unreal. Best lawn on the block. Pictures were taken 1st week of October in Detroit, Michigan area.

TTTF spreader has really started taking off!! I don’t have in ground irrigation, so I can’t get the water perfect so still got a few thin areas… But I firmly believe this seed will look fire come spring time!!
