I would like to be able to say it's a great product like I have heard from so many people but I don't guess I'll ever find out I ordered a hammer 10 days ago and it still hasn't gotten here who wants to pay for $7 for 3-5 day shipping and still not get 10 days later but yet I can order something from amazon get free shipping and its here the next day I have even tried to contact them to see what is going on but no response
