It's a good sturdy leash but just did not work with my 2 1/2 yr. old 26 lb. Minni Aussie. She has so much fur around her neck and head it wouldn't stay up where it should have. She would end up choking herself when she's see another dog and ended up with an inner sneeze attack that was quite bad. I just couldn't justify hurting her. I've watched the videos and had a decent trainer but she's leash reactive and we're working on it. I tried it for 2 weeks and went back to an easy walk harness.
