Product is great, but it took almost 3 weeks to arrive not 48h and the customer service was horrific, no ownership, no care for the customer whatsoever and just hid behind faceless policies. I won't be ordering again.

I liked the catch which secures the lead behind the dogs head. However I was not that reassured with the rope and material particularly around the handle. Seemed to slightly stretch on the first use

The slip is much improved, the stopper now works well. However the sheave is still a problem. There is not enough friction between the rope and its colored sheaved meaning that when the lead is pulled from the lead part itself (not the handle) one pulls on the sheave only. This affects its ability to correct since sharp pops are not as instantaneous.

I use it everyday i love it! The only thing i would change personally and the reason why it isent getting 5 stars is the thickness of the leash is not as the first version. The first version felt more robust!

Great size and nice material. Not flimsy. I've only used this once so far. My puppy isn't a fast eater, so I mostly night this for mental stimulation. He didn't understand it at first, but then figured it out. I might try this out with treats like baby carrots and strawberries as a game instead of his meal time.

It’s a cool look but when he gets bigger I’m worry it hurt with him bending down for it- looking for a bench to support it. But difficult with the shape. Love the look of it though

I have only watched to the end of week 1. I love most of it but would like to see what to do when puppy doesn’t respond as hoped. The puppy used in the video responds correctly right away but of course, mine doesn’t. I would like to see what to do when that happens.

Four days in doing day one of 7 days to heel. Two dogs make it difficult. But they are slowly getting it. I am happy with all (human and dogs) our progress.

First off, I am not complaining, just commenting. As the makers say, YMMV, and to check the Hammer often. My 115# Cane Corso loves it. Absolutely loves it. She has destroyed every other toy in, at the most, days. This one we just threw away after several weeks. She was digging gouges in it. Next stop is the trailer store for trailer tire.

I bought the Hammer and the mini hammer, my English mastiff loves her hammer so far and hasn't destroyed it. However, my American Staffordshire Terrier chewed the handle off of the Mini within 4 hours of chewing. I still love the product, I recommend making the handle on the mini even stronger if possible.

It’s a lot bigger than I was expecting but I’m not mad about it! Holds plenty of treats and I love the lining making it easy to clean. Connects right to your belt

Hey. I recently bought a slip lead from your website and the leather strap that is against the dogs neck is starting to rip. Is there a way to stop this from getting worse? Apart from this the product has really helped the dog from pulling.

I can’t seem to find a sizing chart to tell me how you fit my dog. I have a 5 yr old boxer weighing 85 lbs (US). Can you help? Thanks

All the products are fantastic quality but they don’t work on my puppy I have a Spanish water dog and I had to but a harness for her But the videos are great but it didn’t work for me as she seemed always to be chocking and stressed
