Finished the second week of the 8 week program. I can definitely see a difference in my body so far. Her meal prep videos, workout demonstration videos and motivation post (on the Facebook group) has been helping me ALOT and getting me through the week! Hands down recommend purchasing if you’re interested!

I really loved this program! I loved being able to do the same thing week after week and saw myself progressing in how heavy I could go. I wasn't able to do the prescribed cardio circuits but I was able to start factoring in my own cardio. I fell off the last week of the program because of a medical procedure but plan to do it again or even buy a different program.

I love how the program is set up. Something I think would be beneficial to the next program would be have a link with a video of how to do the exercise. I know you sometimes post in the Facebook group but it isn't label and isn't often. I know you started to vlog so maybe make a folder just for exercise and how to do them correctly. Make a link in the program to that folder for easy access. You are doing great! Thanks for program!!
