I wouldn’t buy this program. You don’t really get much with it. Not even access to old posts in the group like it said. It only has about a weeks worth of gym and home workouts. Half of which are hiit. Really sad with this purchase cuz I love Tristian and she was doing the 75 hard so I thought it’d be fun to do it too
