I've had insomnia for decades. Tried dozens of OTC methods with limited success. I tried the Goodnight formula previously a couple of years ago and was sadly disappointed. Still, I decided to give it one more chance during the 12 days of Christmas sale. This must be a different formulation because I've slept better in the past 3 days than I have in years!
