I have only been taking the starter dose of Gladiator Barley for 10 days. I cannot tell if the detoxing is started on day 8 because I started coughing some really deep coughing and running a fever. Obviously, I will slow down and go back to the starter dose. I would like to read more about the detox process from other users.
