I see simplicity and durability is this bike. I faced few issues during the assembly. I recommend to assembly the bike by a local bike shop. Luckily I am a bike mechanical, so I got everything under control. Fast delivery in EU (few days). The package is made from strong carton and everything was tied and protected very well. The bike itself has a high quality build materials. Strong and beautiful frame. Strong wheels. Great performance for the city and light weight as an e-bike. Also all the ...

I have had my M1+ for almost 12 months and I love it, so far I have replaced 1 brake cable, 1 set of brake pads, and the screen. I have done over 2000 miles so far, the tyres are still good for another 2000 by the looks of them. I did buy a second battery so I could go away for a weekend on the bike if needed and both batteries are still as good as when bought them, the bike is still solid with no issues at all. I could not be more impressed with my bike. Customer service is good to, I wouldn't ...

This is the birthday gift I gave to my husband. It is his first electric bicycle, and he loves it so much! The black electric bicycle has a stylish and modern appearance. Its seat and handlebars are adjustable, so both he and I can easily find a comfortable riding posture. Its equipped 570W peak motor gives it strong power, making it effortless to ride up the mountain and easily reach a speed of 20 kilometers per hour. It also has a 24-speed gear system, which is very practical. During the ridin...

I can't say enough good things about the quality of this bike. The bike arrived in reasonable time and there was absolutely nothing damaged. I was very impressed by the fit and finish. Eleglide customer service, Support and the forum have been very responsive now making sure I'm satisfied. Things happen, parts don't work and staying in touch with the customer to resolve their issue is very important. The fit and finish on this bike was absolutely fabulous. The joint welding is superb, the paint...

I like the bike now. When it arrived, the wheels were bent (a wobble and an egg shape). I had them fixed at a bike shop, and customer support promised to reimburse €30. Pros: Excellent battery, rides well, fairly large frame – I'm 180 cm tall. It's good-looking and attracts attention. You can control it via smartphone – it works and is very convenient. You can change the speed settings (although that's technically illegal). The price is reasonable. On support level 5, the battery lasts for 70...

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Right out of the box, assembly was a breeze, and the whole process took me just around 30 minutes. The instructions were clear, and all the necessary tools were included, making setup hassle-free. One thing I love about this ebike is its design. It’s sturdy but not too heavy, making it easy to maneuver. The boost pedal mode is a game-changer—it provides just the right amount of power to make riding effortless. Whether I’m commuting or going for a casual r...

I am totally flashed by this bicycle. Quality is much better than expected. The frame appears to be very robust, but still light-weight. Unfortunately I had an error with the motor/controller whatsoever so I do regularly see the E40-Error, but the Support team was of great help here. I am sending it back and get refunded. Though I made these experiences I will buy an M1Plus 29" again as I think this error is a one-off which can happen at more expensive bikes as well and, last but not least, I am...

--------------------------------- On the whole, I find the e-bik...

I recently purchased this new ebike for my daily commute to work and it has exceeded all of my expectations! Compared to a regular non-electric bike, this has made getting to work MUCH easier. Here’s why I’m loving it: First off, the assembly was more straightforward than I anticipated. It took me a little time, but the instructions were clear, and I was able to do it by myself without any special tools. Once assembled, the first thing I noticed was how sleek and sturdy it felt. The frame is rob...

Great and value for money e-bike. I’m already in love with it. Nice color and performance. Their after sales support is also very good. There was a minor issue but their after sales took care of it in a timely manner. Mudguard and pannier rack are not included, those are extra.Only 2 downsides I feel, they could have added rear light instead of just a reflector and an lcd display with more info than the led controller would have been great.Over all this is an amazing e-bike. I am very happy with...

I’ve had the Eleglide M1 plus for about 7 months now and its made my cycling way more easier. For someone that’s never assembled a bike before it was relatively easy to do so and it came with all the tools i needed. As this is my first E-bike i dont really have anything to compare the battery performance to but I’ve noticed peak battery hold is between 100%-90% after that the battery drains rather quickly. Cycling at PAS 3 for approx. 3.8km can last you 2 days till 50% I usually charge it once i...
