The delivery was quick, the care for protecting the bike during transport was excellent. The bike is very well built, everything works perfectly well and I am very please with the quality/cost ratio. Early days and the weather hasn't allowed much cycling yet. However, first impressions of the bike are excellent. Two negatives: 1) raising the handlebars if required, is inhibited by a very short front brake pair of cables. (there are two; one mechanical and one electrical) 2) none of the published accessories (including such basics as mudguards etc) are available to UK purchasers. If Eleglide woudl sort out these poor aspects of their service, I would be giving them 100%. As it is: 75%

The bike came well packaged it was easy to assemble. So far I’ve only had three rides on it about 60 km. rides well and the battery has about 30% left. very pleased with it so far. one thing I didn’t get the,throttle Control I’ve seen on the reviews of this bike. Eugene Quinn.

I bought the Mi Plus direct from Eleglide.com. The process was straightforward on-line. Delivery following orders and payment took about 2 weeks. It arrived well packaged in cardboard box. I needed to assemble (1) the front wheel (2) the handlebars (3) the foot pedals - one screwed on clockwise but the other screws on anti-clockwise. Good looking bike, adequate assembly quality. It suffers of ghost pedaling, like almost all e-bikes. Some competitors offer an easy unlock of the 25hm/h limitation, the C1 has the option to set the speed limit to 32 km/h but it doesn't seem to work properly. The motor still doesn't push regularly after 25 hm/h. Strange, as the mid-engine should have enough torque to easily exceed the 25km/h. Great service ! Great value! Fast delivery! I even had a question from customer service for a bit more information to make sure I would get the correct type of controler. It was a plug & play action, after trying the functions, it was 100% Different than the original unit, but without instruction manual had it working in a few minutes. The delivery was about 10 days to Bulgaria. I got the 27.5 inch tires and I was kind of afraid it might be small because it was a gift for my dad and he is on the taller side. Nope it's PERFECT! He loves it 😁. Assembly was easy and it's a great first try for electric bicycle. Totally worth it!

Die Lieferung war zeitnah und die Kommunikation war gut. Das Rad ist für diesen Preis besser, als gehofft. Fährt gut und sogar eine Klingel ist dabei. Der Motor ist etwas laut, aber vielleicht meine ich das auch nur, d es mein erstes ebike ist.

Πραγματικά είναι ένα πολύ καλό ποδήλατο, δεν έχω να σημειώσω κανένα αρνητικό σημείο. Είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος με την σχεδίασή του, τον συνδυασμό των ταχυτήτων και τα εξαιρετικά υδραυλικά του φρένα. The bike works well, motor and battery are all fine. The shipping was fine as well. The only issue I had, but act on it, is that the inside clamp of the battery is a little bit bent, and I don't think it was because of the transport, as the battery was all sealed and secured in the middle of the box.

Being aged 74 I had a hip replacement lately, I have used my Eleglide ebike as recoup exercise. It works great in all speeds, and even as an ordinary bike I can now do 10 kilometers per day, and find it a great help on the hills. Great price, and highly recommended.

I love my Eleglide T1 Step thru. Myself and pals really appreciate the build quality and appearance. To prolong it's lifetime, I have bought a spare battery, back wheel/ Motor and PAS unit. Although i like the bike, it took 3 weeks to arrive, problems with DPD not wanting to deliver it to my address, i was even asked if i could pick it up myself. so yes happy with the bike, but delivery time was shocking!

Replacing this part (the controller) repaired the defect and the bike now works OK. Were it not for the fact that the original controller failed after only a year and a half, I'd give it five stars.
