Unfortunately, the bike does not support Bluetooth connection as described and does not connect to the application, this is a big minus because the advertisement says something different and reality is different.

A good price compared to others on the market, mainly due to not having to purchase unnecessary extras such as a charger or backplate. The delivery was ahead of schedule and arrived within a couple of days.

Used one of the inner tubes because I had a puncture, and wanted some spare just in case...so far so good.
Only 4 stars because I wasn't happy with the packaging! A product that needs to avoid scratches, pokes and puncture should have arrived in a hard shell, or more protective packaging!

I am pleased with my new Eleglide ebike. It is very comfortable, quiet and rides well.
It arrived quickly after ordering but had some minor damage in transit. After contacting Eleglide, Kaylee was very efficient in dealing with all correspondence and supplying the new parts quickly. The ebike is now working perfectly.

Overall, the bike is very good value for money. The quality is solid, it looks nice, the battery is large capacity and the bike is very comfortable to ride. The bike has minor flaws that require adjustment, such as poorly tightened front wheel spokes and front derailleur adjustment.

Everything went well, from ordering to delivery. The only minor criticism of this bike is the lack of two higher gears. Above 25 km/h, you have to pedal very fast.

The truth is, I find it a very comfortable and functional bike. It has very good battery range, and the brakes are hydraulic — although they’re not high quality, they work fine. The only downside I’ve noticed in the short time I’ve had it is that it’s missing a higher gear ratio. When you’re pedaling in gear seven, which is supposed to be the hardest, the pedals still feel too light — it’s like it’s missing one more cog.
