Vélo de bonne qualité, c'est du sérieux.
Un peu déçu sur la selle que je pensais confortable et que j'ai du changer et sur la sonnette qui ne fonctionne pas.
Pour le reste c'est parfait, bravo pour le feu arrière qui s'allume au freinage et la bonne puissance (couple) du moteur.

Vélo utilisé quotidiennement depuis 1 mois (300 km). J'en suis très satisfait. Bonne qualité, fiable, pas de souci rencontré, la batterie tient bien la charge, vraiment content ! Le vélo répond pleinement à mes attentes.
Des améliorations possible : un vélo plus léger et l'ajout d'options telles que la possibilité d'avoir des clignotants et un rétro pour la sécurité ou encore un plateau avant plus grand (il est vraiment petit et dès que l'on roule un peu on pédale dans le vide).

The wheel arrived poorly packaged and had some damage and scratches, it is still straight and true though, I would have liked to have the cassette fitted as an optional extra but all items were easy to find and fit, rotor and cassette, I'm just getting a e tyre to put on it, my last wheel and motor has done 1545 miles and needs a service and a bit of grease and it should be ready.

i have had 3 problems with it till now:
- on battery charging LED s dont show anything
- battery indicator on help screen seems not to show correct charged %, because bike didnt help much anymore after about 40 km
- back brake sensor got stuck and couldnt use motor anymore

Es mi segunda T1. Gran bicicleta. Muy solida. Por el precio obtenes algo muy bueno, pero aconsejo agregarle más grasa a los piñones y los frenos son decentes pero cuando tengan que cambiarlos, aganlo por unos hidráulicos.
Cuiden bien la pantalla que es el talon de aquiles.

It was quite difficult at first because they forgot to include some of the bicycle parts that should have been in the box. I had to wait an entire month for them to be sent to my country. The derailleur was also installed too tightly, which caused it to go into the wheel when I tried to pedal. There were a lot of challenges, but the customer service has been brilliant. I rode the bicycle for the first time today, and it worked perfectly even in the rain — although the headlight was a bit weaker ...

Replacement for the original item.Pretty easy to fit,only awkward bit is getting all the wires back in the small place where the unit sits.

Mon épouse et moi avons achetés 2 vélos électriques pour visiter notre nouvelle région après déménagement. Nous avons effectué plus de 2500 km en 2 ans. Cependant, nos 2 vélos sont tombés en panne au bout de 2 000 Km. Un contacteur électronique à changer. Nous nous sommes adressés au Service client qui a été long à répondre et nous a obligés à réaliser une vidéo de la panne. Il a fallu commandé la pièce et la faire changer à un réparateur (80 € x 2 + le prix des 2 contacteurs).

I ordered the 13amp/hour battery for my T1 and it works, but it feels like it has less torque than the original 12.5 amp/hour battery, that said it does seem to have better mileage range than the original battery did, it came packaged well and preforms well but I'd prefer to have the items separated on the website for the specific e-bike.
