I had my Eleglide M1 for 2 years before I bought this new model the C1. To compare the two I would describe the M1 like a workhorse because I rarely had to change gears while climbing hills whereas with this C1 I am constantly changing gears as I climb. The C1 is a much more comfortable ride because it has upright handle bars and a nice padded seat. I really love the bike. Thank you so much for being there. I will definitely buy in the future from Eleglide again. Hope the bike lasts. The only small issue is I live currently in Germany where I have steep hills the motor is a bit weaker for the hill climb but I can't really complain. Maybe I should also build some strength along the way 🙂 also regarding the hills I'll need to maintain the brake system and pads. Perhaps Sintered disc brake pads. The motor feels very strong and makes riding so much easier, especially uphill. Review after 2000km. It's probably the best e-bike at this price. Quiet motor, amazing battery (150km isn't an exaggeration), very good breaks and suspension, easy to ride without assist too.
