Every 3 weeks I get 3lb. That’s a 1LB a week. Yes. I love coffee. Yes integrity is the smoothest darkest fantastic roast that I’ve ever tasted since the first sample pack back when they where roasting in a garage. The heart and soul of Chanell and Fred is unmatched. The attention to detail and quality is also above par. As long as there in business I will consider them coffee family and I’ll have integrity in my kitchen. I haven’t had or cared for any other coffee or roast.

Fear no evil is my second favorite dark roast my first is drink from the skulls of your enemy. I love both of them though, because it's dark rich flavor without the bitter aftertaste.

The tincture of the barrels really influence the coffee and gives to me a nice floating effect of liquor and joe! I brew it pour over and strengthen it up a bit to bring out the body. I even get cacao notes blended generously with the barrels natural tinctures.

Ride or Die is one the of the best roasts out there! I love this for my morning coffee. It’s always a wonderful gift to give others. The hints of cocoa nibs give it such a smooth, rich flavor but not over powering. I have yet to meet someone that doesn’t love this roast.

Once again like my other review, I don't do flavored coffee, I thought, so I bought this for my wife. So my mother was in town and we decided to brew her up a cup and I swear that lady was going to stand in front of the Keurig and try to figure out how to rig up a mainline into her system. Ha ha!! I really do love mint chocolate ice cream and can eat the heck right out of it. This coffee is so minty I have to do it in doses here and there. It is REALLY good but the mint is really minty for me. I don't do flavored coffee. At all! And I frequently nag about them. So I bought this for my wife and a bag of mint. It smelled fantastic while my wife was brewing up a cup. So I snuck in the kitchen and brewed up a cup and ..... It was actually pretty dang good! Nice and smooth and I am feeling a chocolate note int here somewhere? I am not sure but either way even if I am wrong, who cares? This stuff is great!

Not only does this coffee taste amazing but when it says "stay awake" it means business! Plus it tastes super smooth. The Vanilla butter is my second favorite. The highly fierce is a bit strong for my taste but I would order it again.

My coffee that was mailed out the 25th . It was stuck in limbo in indy . Chanell saw that I posted about it complaining g about the post office ( not Iron Bean Co) and sent me another bag of coffee. I don’t know what pull you had on the post office but it was like Xmas today they both came!!!! I’m your coffee drinker for life. Besides you make the best Rage.

If you haven’t made the switch to Iron Bean, you are truly missing out!! They have the best coffee and I have far less migraines drinking their coffee than store bought. I also have a large collection of their hand made mugs that I love so much!! Seriously all their coffee is amazing and the owners are amazing to their customers!!

This is an awesome dark cup of coffee. One thing I've learned about coffee is if it's grown in volcanic soil, it's going to be really good. This is that coffee. I'm getting hints of chocolate, pepper, earthy flavor. I think I just described a fine cigar lol. This is one of my go to coffees.

This is one of my favorite coffees. It's smooth, dark, with tastes of chocolate and caramel. Don't get me started about the aroma. It's amazing and if I could walk around all day holding this bag up to my nose, I would. If you don't try this coffee at least once in your life, then you're missing out.

This Deneen shaving mug is a great addition to my IBCC mug collection, especially since I don't have any of this style for some reason. Get so much Iron Bean Coffee we have to have separate containers! Two lbs. in each container we switch back and forthe so much we have to label! Though not pictured, I adore Thor (I'm a poet and didn't know it). Some regional Brazilian roasts can be known for a lack of acidity, but this characteristic works here. Fragrant and smooth, this is perfect when you're unsure of medium vs. dark. Have both with Thor!
