Ordered this for my son's birthday as he's never tried it. Delivery was quick and he definitely got the swag hookup. He said the Fierce (my favorite) was too bold for him as well as the Cast Iron. He said it was too dark for him, so he will try making cold brew with it. Next time I will send him a really light roast. I'm not done getting him hooked on Iron Bean lol

What can I say that I haven’t already said about “Drink From The Skull Of Your Enemy”. It tastes excellent; store coffees (including some mass-produced and mass-marketed “specialty” coffees, like those usurping the use of skull and cross bones) all pale by comparison. Considering your Rage Against the dying of the light(med. Colombian) is the "BEST" breakfast coffee, We had HIGH expectations. And My Little Friend Delivered. The dark roast is not overbearing, but a coffee that can be enjoyed slowly on a Sunday morning...Just like I did today. Subtle..A GREAT addition to any coffee rotation.

Different than I expected... sweeter, rounder, slightly more acidic flavor, there is a brightness to it that is really enjoyable and very full body taste with every sip. Besides it's bright taste there are chocolate and fruit notes. This actually may taste stronger than your traditional coffee that you're used to, but it's surprisingly less bitter and taste less acidic.

Peanut butter, chocolate, and coffee? I'm not a fan of the football Buckeyes, but darn if I can't resist this blend! Although it's one of the newest in the IBCC lineup, it's one of my most favorites. It's one of those that honestly tastes just like its namesake, and definitely one you can smell through the bag even before it's open. If you're not a PB fan, you may not enjoy, but if you love a classic combo, this one's definitely for you! I will order this as long as it's available.

We discovered Iron Bean coffee at Fort Leonard Wood when my son graduated from boot camp. I absolutely LOVE the Fierce coffee blend. The flavor is deep and robust without being acidic. It takes a dark roast coffee to the limit! I happened upon this blend at a PX on Fort Benning. Our son is in his first year of service. He is now stationed at Fort Irwin. This was the flavor that put Iron Bean on my radar. I had tried many other coffees of varying roasts but this was new, different, and so fresh. Two years and many mugs later it's part of my subscription. Hints of chocolate and citrus make a wonderful blend of flavor in my cup.
