I've had it for about a month now, and I can easly say that this is the BEST thing that ever happened to my gym room. If you ever had a time where you had to go and push yourself just to go to the gym, with this machine believe me you will be counting your hours until you're finally free to hit the gym. Where do we even begin? The whole transaction was smooth. We paid for service then gave them dates we are available and within 2 days we heard back immediately. The handymans came in started on the rack took them about 8 hours, explained to us what parts is for where etc. then they showed us pile of trash then they left! Everything was exactly how Don explained. Packaging was extremely well done, not a single scratch or dent on anything. Assembly took a while but wasn't very difficult. Everything works well, cables and smith bar run smooth. Only downside is the weights are in Kilograms, so the stickers read 11, 22, 33, 44lbs and so on, a little odd but not that big a deal.
