10/10 on every aspect. First of all Don and his team are awesome! Unfortunately we can’t control a global shipping crisis but Don kept us updated every step of the way. Second this piece of equipment is amazing to say the least. The setup was very easy and self explanatory as all the hardware was separated in step by step packages. The “Tips” email Don sends out is helpful also. 10/10 would recommend.

Five stars. My husband and I own a physical therapy clinic in Oklahoma. The instructions are clear and devided into steps which makes it easier to assemble it over several days.
