Shipping was quick and delivery easy. Had to get the boxes down to my basement, but they were all sized where one person can move them if needed, albeit you'd need a dolly for a couple of boxes. At first I figured it would be a nightmare to assemble, but all screws and steps were put together shockingly clear, and it only took me (with zero assistance) a few hours to put together. Everything was exactly how Don explained. Packaging was extremely well done, not a single scratch or dent on anything. Assembly took a while but wasn't very difficult. Everything works well, cables and smith bar run smooth. Only downside is the weights are in Kilograms, so the stickers read 11, 22, 33, 44lbs and so on, a little odd but not that big a deal. I really don’t believe the guy that put this together in five hours with his seven year old! Adding a few notes to the instructions would save a lot of headaches. That said, spectacular customer service. Texting Don and talking on the phone, sometimes at 10pm, made a huge difference. Well just found out I had LLd from ct-scan after years of back pain. Bought lifts but just didn’t work properly in my sandal and it looked weird. Let me tell you best sandals ever, my left side is 1/2 inch shorter; so purchased a 12mm. We received our JUF-PR1 Plate load system two weeks ago and we're enjoying every bit of it. We ordered the bench with both (preacher curl and leg extension) attachments, the Lat pulldown extender and seat, and the Jammer arms. This machine is great - it’s like having an entire gyms worth of equipment at home except without having to wait for a squat rack to open up. It’s super easy to use and very high quality.
