Shipping was quick and delivery easy. Had to get the boxes down to my basement, but they were all sized where one person can move them if needed, albeit you'd need a dolly for a couple of boxes. At first I figured it would be a nightmare to assemble, but all screws and steps were put together shockingly clear, and it only took me (with zero assistance) a few hours to put together. My gym is finally complete now that I have upgraded my original gym to this rack and do a lot more exercises than I could do before with this new rack. The bench is awesome and have a low seat height which makes it great for benching now that my feet on firmly flat on the ground.

Everything was exactly how Don explained. Packaging was extremely well done, not a single scratch or dent on anything. Assembly took a while but wasn't very difficult. Everything works well, cables and smith bar run smooth. Only downside is the weights are in Kilograms, so the stickers read 11, 22, 33, 44lbs and so on, a little odd but not that big a deal. I would 100 percent recommend this machine! It has everything you need to get a full body workout in. It's definitely commercial quality and perfect to train all my clients on. Well just found out I had LLd from ct-scan after years of back pain. Bought lifts but just didn’t work properly in my sandal and it looked weird. Let me tell you best sandals ever, my left side is 1/2 inch shorter; so purchased a 12mm. I really don’t believe the guy that put this together in five hours with his seven year old! Adding a few notes to the instructions would save a lot of headaches. That said, spectacular customer service. Texting Don and talking on the phone, sometimes at 10pm, made a huge difference. Where do we even begin? The whole transaction was smooth. We paid for service then gave them dates we are available and within 2 days we heard back immediately. The handymans came in started on the rack took them about 8 hours, explained to us what parts is for where etc. then they showed us pile of trash then they left! The assembly service is totally worth it!

Really good and strong product. Took 11 hours to assemble, but not so difficult. No more waiting in the gym for people to get done, will definitely recommend. This machine is great - it’s like having an entire gyms worth of equipment at home except without having to wait for a squat rack to open up. It’s super easy to use and very high quality. I highly recommend it! My only gripe would be how difficult it is to put together. Extremely high quality and attention to detail. My experience started with shipping. Everything is packed extremely well and was delivered in perfect shape. Assembly was long and tedious but nothing hard about it. There was 1 part where 2 people are pretty necessary other than that I assembled it solo. Can’t say enough good things about this machine. Unfortunately one of my cords split, but I emailed customer service and was sent two extra replacement cords in less than a week! Fingers crossed it doesn’t split again anytime soon. The machine lives up to expectations. Very sturdy and the Smith Machine and cable systems are very smooth. While I was assembling my rack, I found I was missing a critical part that kept me from finishing the Smith Machine. I called customer service and they were very friendly and helpful. Within a few days, a replacement part arrived in the mail. I would highly recommended this rack and Jacked up Fitness.

Sturdy, not a cheap POS. Tight stacks, professional everything. My whole family uses it and I squeeze sets in wherever I can. Shipped in good time, every single piece was there. It did take two of us about 6-8 hrs, two cases of beer and a bottle of Makers Mark but, it’s perfect!

For all those people interested in buying this is a 100% worthy purchase. The power rack offers an endless amount of options to workout every single part of the body. I love this pro rack! It’s great to work out with my boys everyday. I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon, liver and lymph node cancer. This unit should help keep me in shape during chemo. I love this thing! The knurling on the smith bar is a bit more aggressive than I'd expect for a smith machine. Assembly was rough and my shipping crate was busted which appears to have left some minor scrapes along my bottom upright supports. Other than that, it's pretty perfect. Today was our first workout using this Extreme home gym! We haven’t been able to hit the gym due to our busy lifestyle and our back workouts were suffering! Today we started with back! Very happy with this purchase! We also have lower ceilings in the basement so the Extreme home gym was our best option! So far we are very satisfied!
