Excellent service from order to delivery to set up. Customer service is top notch. Had a issue and they were on top of it. Love the Evolution it is very sleek and the cable system is very smooth. Using the smith bar with the weight stack will get some used to however it also takes free weights. The bar is very heavy without weight. Everything with this equipment is heavy duty. It’s awesome. It’s got everything I need. I’m not so sure about the smith machine connecting to the stacked weights tho. It’s a little tricky since the bar has to be at around the same height as the weight clip. So you engage the weight in the isometric phase of the lift and immediately go into the concentric phase rather than beginning the lift right before the eccentric phase (the negative). From Ordering, Delivery, Assembly and Usage everything is just perfect with this rack or not a rack I'd call it a weight system. This is my 4th rack each one a small upgrade until now, where I now have it all. The app is pretty neat. It does have some exercises. What I like the most is the dashboard. It connects to the fitness app and myfitness pal to track your Calories Burned VS calories consumed. Another super important feature is the use of STD and Olympic plates. I have old style plates and saved at least 400+ because this system takes either. Awesome High Quality Rack System, Love it! Shipping was fairly quick being it shipped across the entire country from the west coast to the east coast and assembly was much easier than expected being so many parts. It was packaged very well and the instructions and illustrations are very clear and easy to follow. The cable pulleys are super smooth and they come with a lifetime warranty. I did a lot of research before buying the Jacked Up Power Rack Plus. I believe it provides the best bang for your bucks. Very sturdy, affordable, unit that should last a lifetime. Customer service is outstanding. The only negative I have is the weights in the stack are in increments of 10 kilograms. The labels show both KGs and LBs, but if you want to keep your workout records in LBs you are logging 22, 44, 66, 88, 110, 132 etc., instead of 10, 20, 30, 40 50, etc.
