I absolutely love this all in one machine! It is very smooth and worth the money given all the exercises you can do and not having to go to the gym and fighting for equipments can’t be beat!! I had questions during the setup and Mac/Don were super helpful and quick to answer them. The whole process from ordering to delivery was smooth and i received it within 2.5 weeks of ordering. Did a ton of research before deciding to go with jackedup and thankfully, I chose right! I’ve got the plus model and it’s perfect. I can get comprehensive, intensive workouts with this thing and it is by far the best home investment I’ve ever made. It’s not a stretch to say that you can cancel all gym memberships and use this exclusively to achieve any fitness goal. Love it. 5 stars.

You have to move your larger plates on this rack from the Smith bar in order to use the cables - so there is some getting used to taking the time to take plates off and on instead of hitting a quick circuit. Been a great all in one machine. Loving it! Kids and I are working out and finding there is little we can do. We are all 6' plus (6'3") and it's still quite functional. Great price to value ratio. Buy bench and free weights and you are good to go! My impression is this is the best of the best Brand in the market.
